All goods, materials, and products supplied by Turf Bro's Pty Ltd remain the property of Turf Bro's Pty Ltd until full payment has been received and cleared. In the event of non-payment or overdue invoices, Turf Bro's reserves the right to recover the goods or seek payment through legal means. Any costs incurred in recovering outstanding debts, including but not limited to legal fees, administrative fees, and third-party debt collection charges, will be added to the total amount owed and are payable by the customer. Turf Bro's Pty Ltd retains the right to charge interest on overdue accounts in accordance with the applicable legislation. By accepting a quote, invoice, or proceeding with a booking, the customer agrees to these terms in full.
